We are currently implementing extra health and safety measures ensuring safety of both guests and employees at the Lime & Thyme. These include the use of test & trace , employee and guests temperature checks, sanitising the restaurant twice a day with antiviral disinfectants, online paperless ordering , hand sanitizer point upon entry, reduced seating, using mitigation with a meter+ rule, gloves and face masks made available for guests upon request, protected cutleries.
We are constantly following government advice upon the pandemic and working as an individual on how we can make our restaurant more Covid safe.
Our projects include safety Perspex barriers, Contactless QR code software for food ordering and reserving a table before arrival which provides minimal personal contact. We have removed all cutlery, glasses e.t.c from the tables and work with disposable temporary menus.
Walk in guest are welcomed with their details taken before entry such as name and contact info. Tables are subject to availability since we running the restaurant with only 10 tables.
At the mean time collection services will be still available.
BOOKING A TABLE:
According to the current government advice we can only accept bookings under the conditions below;
- We accept online or telephone bookings
- We can only accept bookings for parties up to 6 person from 2 households
- We need the name, contact number of the lead party member
- We will send you a confirmation mail of your reservation and/or call you
